5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, where a product partially meets its described specifications, Evaulthub may issue a partial refund at our discretion. The amount will be determined based on the nature of the discrepancy.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and being reported to payment processors. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover funds through available legal channels.

7. Subscription & Bundle Purchases

Refunds for subscription plans are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle are not eligible for pro-rated refunds unless required by applicable law. Bundle purchases are treated as a single transaction; individual items within a bundle cannot be refunded separately.
